Awa-Odori chicken阿波尾鶏

- Raised for at least 75 days, floor-reared, under Japan’s JAS standard for jidori. A typical broiler is raised for about 45–50 days.
- High in protein and low in fat, with slightly reddish meat, a rich, savoury flavour and a pleasantly firm bite.
- Its name is registered under Japan’s Geographical Indication (GI) protection system (2023).
